Important Message for Aintree Bookmakers- November and December Badges


Please see the document entitled ‘Guide to Aintree Bookmakers Online Badge Purchase’ in Document Downloads for detailed instructions,  complete with a link, to the new online badge purchase process for bookmakers.
 
You are now able to select and pay for Annual Marketing Fee, Daily Betting Badges, Admission Badges and AGT Pitch Administration Fee in one transaction.
 
Badges for the race meetings on Saturday 9 November & Saturday 7 December are available now. It’s easy, just follow the link in the Guide.
 
As with the previous online purchase of bookmaker’s badges, should you decide not to attend after buying online a full refund will be provided for all unused badges. In order to obtain a refund you must email sue.thompson@thejockeyclub.co.uk within 7 days of the race meeting outlining those tickets you would like refunded along with the order number. A refund will be made to your payment card.

There will be a Badge Box in operation at Aintree Racecourse for the remainder of 2019. After that all bookmaker’s badges will be available online only.
